Engagement Videos

It would be my pleasure to capture your engagement video; this can used to announce your engagement on social media / email or as a video wedding invitation. You can even play your engagement video during your wedding reception which makes for a great entertainment piece during dinner. At the taping of your engagement video, I like to interview you and your fiancé separately, but I’ll ask you both the same exact questions. Your answers are invaluable. It allows me to get to know the two of you. It’s crucial that I really get to know you by learning how you met, how long you have been together, and what types of things you like to do to make a film that is unforgettably funny, emotional, warming and compelling.

Prior to your wedding

One of my tools to learn more about your wedding day and make sure there are no hiccups is, I will send you a formal wedding questionnaire. The questionnaire will have several simple questions that help me get to know the two of you. In order for me to truly capture the splendor at your wedding, I need your whole story to understand the beauty at your wedding. I’m blessed to have been able to work with all different religions and cultures. After you receive your questionnaire, we will create a wedding day timeline to ensure that I know everything in detail that you want to be included in your video.

When I arrive at your wedding, I canvas the venue for scenic locations that speak to me. Using my slider, an expensive filming tool, I begin to capture the outside of the location. Whether it’s a church, wedding venue, or a home, I will use this incredible scene as an opening to your beautiful wedding video. While telling your story, this helps to set the stage for you as well as your friends and family viewing the video. After the opening of the video, I capture shots of all of your wedding day details such as your dress, shoes, jewelry, and special letters you may have written to each other. As a special touch, I enjoy filming secret interviews and documenting your family and friends to add to your video. It’s always so heartwarming listening to family and friends tell about the old memories about you two in their words. Then, I imaginatively take what I know now about you and your fiancé along with the research I’ve done and build an intimate video that showcases the story of how you two became one. Following our wedding day timeline allows me to capture everything at your wedding and add my unique touch.
